I'm so thankful I found this place. I moved to the area recently and was searching for a new mechanic. I originally just wanted an oil change on my older car, but the owner gave me a full inspection. I was impressed at his thoroughness and transparency. He was able to explain in clear English what was wrong with my car, the total cost of repair, and long-term considerations for maintaining the car. All the issues he discovered with my car, previous mechanics had failed to mention to me. This allowed me to make an informed decision about whether the repairs were worth it. In the end, the repair cost would have been much greater than the value of the car. I later brought in a separate used car I was considering purchasing to be inspected. Again, the owner provided a thorough inspection and gave me an in-depth talk about plans for maintaining the car. He actually saved me money because I passed on an unneeded tune up that another dealership later tried to upsell me on. After inspecting each car the owner reviewed the Carfax with me. I appreciate him sharing his in-depth knowledge and expertise along with his professionalism. He took the extra time to make sure I understood the state of both cars. I will gladly continue to support this business.

Brach’s Auto Center will most certainly be my go-to vehicular repair shop from now on! Tom was extremely patient and understanding as I tried to articulate my auto issues with my limited automotive knowledge/vocabulary. Throughout the day I was kept abreast of what work my vehicle needed, what was priority versus what can be done later, what the cost(s) would be, and the general timeframe of completion. He took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel like I was being gaslit or upsold on any services, parts or products. Providing trustworthy and honest customer service seems to be top priority! On top of all of this, their prices were very fair and affordable. My drive home was the quietest, smoothest, and most stable that it’s been in weeks! I will definitely recommend Brach’s Auto Center to my family and friends, the same way they were recommended to me!

Tom and Crew at Brach's Auto Center are AMAZING. Our windshield wiper fluid sprayer was broken, and I took it to a different, nearby shop. They told me that repair would cost over $200 and then they found a bunch of other things that we "needed" to do that totaled over $800. It felt off, so I took it to Brach's. FYI- The only reason I didn't start there was because they were so busy and we were planning on a road trip and I wanted it done quicker. Tom and his team had the car in and out in 4 hours. I asked him what the charge was and he said it was $0. This is what an honest mechanic shop looks like. They are worth the wait. And, before I had ever used them, I asked them for donation to the Sutherland Local School Foundation and Tom said yes without hesitation, and made a sizable donation!

Brought my car to Brach’s after reading through online reviews. My Jeep is 17 years old and needed a new heater core. It’s not a quick, easy or inexpensive repair. Tom took the time to explain the process and my options. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. I have been looking for a new go-to mechanic and believe I’ve found one.

I’m so happy to have found this place! At times, I have been able to bring my car in without an appointment, but they’re so good and so dependable that while I waited for my car to be serviced yesterday, I heard Al tell a couple of people that the next appointment he could make for them would be two weeks out. The parking lot beside the building is always full of cars waiting to be worked on. The work on my car has always been excellent. Al is an ‘Automobile Encyclopedia’ and a wonderful conversationalist. The prices are reasonable, and Al is very honest about whether or not a job is worth the money, depending upon the condition of your car, plus he is an engaging conversationalist If he happens to be in the office while you’re waiting.

After shopping around extensively for a business to replace my brakes, I found Brach's. I wasn't too sure when Tom told me every single client he has receives a full inspection just so they know what's happening with the vehicle and what each customer needs to know I was really impressed. The service was outstanding. He actually answered his own phone and will take time and explain everything. He did a great job on my brakes and found that my recent oil change was actually leaking so he took care of that at no additional charge to me. Who does that for anybody complaining? They don't want their car inspected first, reconsider prior to hanging up. Honestly, I may have paid a few dollars more and I mean a few, but I'm so confident with my brakes and now my oil there were a few other things he noticed and I am grateful. Thanks Tom, to you and your team for a great job. I'll see you in 500 miles for that engine check and appreciate you taking the time to make sure I am safe in a car that's while taking care of by confident people.

Tom’s service was superb. He made my car experience so pleasant, smooth and easy. I did not feel rushed and Tom took time to explain the things that were ONLY necessary for my car. Tom was very knowledgeable about my Nissan Maxima and gave me great recommendations for keeping it running 💯. I definitely will come back for my next maintenance service. My experience with Brachs auto shop was terrible, I couldn't get my car fixed that was the terrible part.. On the flip side the gentleman was awesome he explain to me all the things that was wrong with my car and the best part was he explained it where is though I understood , I mean details . He truly had my best interest at heart. He wasn't trying to get money out of me. He truly was a stand-up guy. I'll recommend everyone I know and love to him.
